Double Bedroom For Rent

Hi all,
I am looking for a flatmate for a double bedroom in a 2 bedrooms shared tenancy agreement.
It's a lovely flat only 10 min by a X 7, 6 124, 113, 44 bus to the city center.
It has also a shared living room. Tesco Metro 5 min and Morrison 10 min walk.
In front of the building there's a lovely palm tree and there are plenty of parks nearby.
My flatmate who occupies her room is leaving the country around the 25th of November.
The rent is £ 470 plus bills ( council tax and gas plus electricity around £ 130 ppp moth)

I am looking for a professional FEMALE.

Proof of employment and 3 payslips required for the landlord.
