First bedroom: Quite large with good storage (suitable for a couple) with en-suite.
Second bedroom: Small bedroom with shared bathroom.

My friend and I are going home to visit our families for about 4 weeks. This is a shared property as one occupant will be staying in third room. Viewing can be arranged via email/phone.

We are looking for someone with-
> Responsible
> Clean
> Non-smoker
> Attentive towards Noise while partying or get together: Maximum 2 visitors allowed.
> Quiet hours: 11 pm-7 am
> Comfortable with sharing bathroom with existing tenant
> Coordinate with the existing tenant
