Large Double Room in Fountainbridge

Hello! We are looking for a friendly new flatmate to join us in our 3 bed flat in fountainbridge.

The flat is a well-kept, comfortable space with shared kitchen, living room, shower room and toilet. The room is a large double room, fully-furnished and with a lovely view over the crescent. The flat is excellently located, just a 15min walk from Prince's Street or 7min to Haymarket transport connections. Central University of Edinburgh campuses are a walkable distance, with direct bus routes or a 20min cycle to King's Buildings/Royal Infirmary.

We are both 2nd year PhD students studying at the Royal Infirmary/Bioquarter Campus. For council tax reasons, we are looking for another postgraduate student (or young professional who would be willing to cover the council tax themselves). We would like someone who plans to stay for at least a year (preferably 2!) to avoid further changes.

We are looking for a friendly, laid-back person who will keep spaces clean and tidy and be respectful of others' personal space. We enjoy exploring the outdoors, going on food excursions, and cosy board game nights with friends.

There is one car registered to the flat already, but permit parking is available if needed.

Move in date is the 8th December.
Rent is £600/month, with estimated bills £40/month per person.
