If you're looking for a long term let in central location to call home, you might be my next flatmate!
I am a female professional, working 9-5. My current flatmate got a job in London and is sadly leaving our flat.
I am open, easy-going and value a calm home environment with occasionally having some friends over.
I like to keep the flat clean (but not obsessively clean). And hoping that if we both feel at home here then will naturally care for our home environment.
I like to enjoy my own space, especially after a long work day but equally enjoy hanging out and chatting with the person I share the flat with.
This is a double bedroom in a two bedroom flat. As there is no bigger wardrobe in the room, the one in the living room is for your use only.
Also, parking space available.
Current bills for the whole flat (split equally):
council tax D £180
electricity £119.61
wi-fi £43.41
The flat is rented through an agency. So a successful flatmate will have to undergo agency checks and prove your yearly salary is at least 30x the months rent.
The rent stated is current rent and as we will be signing a new contract the landlord has the right to increase it with the new lease.
