Room available in Newington!

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my room starting 1st December in Newington. It's a 3 bed, 2 bath flat. The room is £650 a month plus bills. Council tax is £60 a month.

It’s a first floor flat right across the street from Summerhall and just steps from the Meadows. It's also vey close to Holyrood Park and a lot of restaurants, pubs, and shops. It's very walkable to the City Centre as well.

I have the biggest room in the flat. You would be sharing a bathroom with my flatmate Thomas. Tushaani, my other flatmate, has her own en-suite bathroom. They are both clean and are looking for someone who will also keep the flat clean!

My flatmates, Thomas and Tushaani, are super friendly. Thomas is a 29 year old from Ireland and Tushaani is a 30 year old from Malaysia. They enjoy being social while also enjoying a night in.

The three of us met while doing a Masters programme together at Uni of Edinburgh last year and are now all working in environment-based jobs.
