Room to rent Leith Walk - anyone welcome to apply

Double room located on Leith Walk right on the Mcdonald road tram station. £525 a month with around £150 for energy, wifi, and council tax. Very well contacted and near a bunch of stores and shops (tesco, sainsburys, 24 hr convenience, etc).

Any gender or age is fine. Student or professional is fine but if you have to pay council tax, you will be splitting with a guy with a 25% since the girl is a student. Council tax band D. Current people in the flat are a guy and a girl (couple) but they keep to themselves. Tenancy start date will be December 2nd/3rd.

I can do a viewing after 5pm most days. I will most likely be taking the first person to contact me AND do a viewing so I know they’re serious because I want to get this off my hands.
