The flat is a lovely Georgian-style property located just off the Meadows, within a 10-minute walk to Edinburgh University and the city centre. It’s bright, spacious, and fully furnished, with a cozy living room (large windows, fireplace, and new furniture), a well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher), a modern bathroom, and a utility closet with washer/dryer. There’s also a communal patio area at the rear.

About Your Room: A spacious double with a timber-frame bed, three-door wardrobe, study desk, and feature fireplace overlooking the patio.

• Free unlimited Wi-Fi, Sky TV, and a 42” TV
