I have a double bedroom available in a three bedroom home off Ferry Road. EH5 2HR.
Rent is £575 per month + bills (which at the time of writing come to round £150 and include Council Tax (C), Energy, 1 Gig broadband and a cleaner twice a month (can increase this if people are keen).
There's a local Scotmid and a minimarket about 2 mins from the house, a GP surgery about 10 mins away, and a big-ass Morrisons with all sorts of stuff just a 10 min walk.
There's tons of busses going in and out of city, including the 19, the 14, and the 8 which are only 2 mins away from the home, and it's about 20 mins from the city centre on a bus. There's also tons more busses a short distance away on Ferry Road.
The flat includes on-street parking, two gardens in the front and a massive garden in the back, with a BBQ and two big tables for nice flat parties in the summer!
All the appliances and electrics were bought this year, and include a (2020) Boiler, Fridge, Microwave, Ceramic Hob, Oven, 9KG washing machine, 9kg Dryer (no need for drying racks ever although there's also space in the garden to dry clothes).
The bathroom has also just been completely redone and everything has been doublechecked by a series of tradesmen.
The room itself at the present comes with two desks, an office chair, a BIG wardrobe for long articles of clothing, a smaller desk cabinet and a bedside cabinet.
Important note: the home also comes with two beautiful kattos who are the cuddliest creatures on the planet - 4 year old Loki and 2 year old Leo. It's very very important to me that any person living in the flat is friendly towards animals and enjoys their company, as I deeply, deeply value my relationship with them.
As for me, my name is Elyas, I am originally Greek and I work as a marketing manager remotely from home. I love travelling, Argentine Tango and board games (I host a gaming/D&D session with my mates 1-2 times a week which you are more than welcome to join!).
The room is available for entry from late November/early December, but I can cater to your entry requirements.
