Studio Apartment Westfield

I’m looking for someone to take over my student flat lease from 01.01.2025 to 29.08.2025 at Capitol Student´s Westfield. It is a single studio apartment with a private kitchen and bathroom. The room contains a 3/4 bed, fitted wardrobe, dining area and large study area. In the kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, a four-ring hob, and a combination microwave/oven/grill, along with basic kitchen essentials. Costs of £275 per week include all bills (Wi-Fi, water, electricity,…). The accommodation offers great facilities, including a gym, study room, laundry facilities, movie room, and a common area with games and social activities. Also notable, that the building is very secure. I'm also happy to include a few items I bought for the flat as well (if desired).
Westfield is perfectly located to reach all universities in Edinburgh, with bus connections right on the doorstep. There is a large Saintsbury´s across the street, as well as an Aldi and McDonald´s nearby. It's perfect for students looking to connect with others from different universities while still having some privacy.
