The flat is situated in the Newington/Grange area, close to Summerhall and the Meadows. The total cost, including bills for the entire interval, is £1750, which equals 700 per month. You will be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom with my friendly and laid-back flatmate, who is often out, as he is working 3 part-time jobs.
