This is Ahmet and Rochelle, your prospective flatmate couple.
The en suite room is never used before and all furniture is new. It gets a lot of sun, especially in the morning. I recently put a study desk and an office chair in the room - they aren't in the photos.
We're looking for a flatmate to get this lovely ensuite room in Longstone area. The bus stop is just a minute away from the flat. There are plenty of buses to go to city centre, every 5 minutes. Heriot-Watt and Edinburgh Napier are just a bus away - 25, 34, 35- all those pass near our flat.
We're looking for a clean and respectful flatmate. As we're a Muslim couple, we prefer someone who doesn't cook pork and use outside shoes inside the flat. We're happy to socialise but also respect your privacy.
Short-term stays are preferred.
