Hello! My flatmate is moving out on the 20th December and I’m looking for someone to take over her room. The flat is a two bedroom and is located halfway down Leith walk, about a minute walk from the tram/bus stop. Room is cozy but spacious with lots of storage. The living room is quite large too with space to set up a desk to work from home.

Rent is £562.50/month plus bills which come out at £125 (council tax, heating/gas and WiFi)

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy and am looking for someone similar. I enjoy reading and nights in watching movies or a new tv series. I work Mon-Fri so I am out most of the day in the week but around on weekends. I am ideally looking for a female professional but also happy for postgraduate students to contact me so long as you are happy to contribute to council tax 😊
