Double room in Leith/Broughton - short term sublet

Hi, I’m subletting my room in the Leith/Broughton area from first week of December to the middle of January. The property is really central, at a walking distance to st James quarter and Waverley station / princes street. Also the nearest bus stop 3 minutes walk away has frequent buses to and fro the city.

The room itself is quite large and is £750 per month (bills included). You would be sharing with only one other person - Sandy. She’s a Singaporean/Burmese who works at a law firm nearby. She is tidy and sociable but is also respectful of privacy and need for space.

I am moving away for the Christmas period to travel. Sandy is also travelling for 2 weeks for Christmas and New Years so you’ll have the whole flat to yourself at some point.
