1 bedroom to rent in a 5 bedroom flat - Edinburgh

Looking for someone to take over my room in a 5 bedroom flat (ideally from the 22nd of December, but open to any date from the 16th of December until the 1st of January).

The rent is £630 per month, and the bills have been roughly £50 per month (including WiFi) - the bills change per month.

The flat has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen, a separate living and dining room, one bathroom, and a private patio garden.

The flat is occupied by 4 student females between the ages of 20-24, so I would be looking for another student female who is roughly between the ages of 19-25.

The flat is located in the west end, and is a 15 minute walk to the meadows.
