Seeking a flatmate for a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom flat

Hello, hello!
My flatmate and I are looking for another flatmate. The room will be available at the beginning of Jannuary, and it's in Livingstone Place, right on the meadows. Rent is 600 per month between 3 people and bills have typically been around 90 including council tax (but other times of year can also be closer to 70). Preferably not a student bc council tax but if you're okay paying council tax and a student that's okay too!
A bit about us: both me and Blades (other flatmate) do drag ourselves and like going out to watch drag. I like nature and going to the gym and being nerdy and watching birds as birds watch them back. Blades enjoys indoor activities and sleeping in and being comfy cozy and baking dessert experiments. We are more complex people than just these few attributes, but as a little glimpse into us, we hope you'll consider us cool and nifty people as we are sure that you are too.
