Hesperus Crossway Double Room 900 all inclusive

My name is Matthew and I'm a working professional in the games industry in Edinburgh and I am currently looking for a flatmate to share an existing apartment with as my flatmate is due to move out. You will have access to the outer bathroom and the double room as I have the ensuite. There is a shared living room as well-white goods included with a simple dinner table and two chairs. The bedroom is unfurnished so you will probably have to buy a mattress or a desk should you require it. Otherwise, I have lots of kitchen peripherals that I'm willing to share so long as my roommate is respectful of the equipment, tidy, and clean. Personally I am a introvert so I would prefer someone who is similar. The entire place is 900 inclusive- rent, energy, council tax, broadband included.
