A spacious double room has become available in our charming, fully furnished flat on Broughton Street.

We’re right in the heart of Edinburgh’s New Town, surrounded by fantastic pubs, restaurants, and shops, with Waverley Station a 10-15 minute walk away and a tram stop at the top of the road.

You’ll be sharing withJames (31), a doctor, and Rach (33, Australian), a creative content manager at the British Heart Foundation.

We’re a friendly and considerate couple who love live music, great food, and exploring the city. We enjoy meeting friends for drinks or gigs but also value downtime and a relaxed and peaceful home.

The flat features a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely bathroom with a large bath. The double room is generously sized, offering plenty of space to make it your own. We also have a small spare bedroom for occasional guests.

We’re looking for a like-minded flatmate who’s tidy, easygoing, and enjoys their own space but is happy to share a glass of wine or a chat now and then.

- Rent and bills: £1000pcm (all bills included: gas, electricity, council tax, internet, and water.)
- Access: 3rd floor, stairs only (so not suitable for certain disabilities)
- Deposit: £500 security deposit plus the first month’s rent. Our landlord, Scott, is efficient and helpful, and he will manage the rent and deposit directly.
