24sqm room in the Meadows

One furnished bedroom will be available in our amazing flat from december 16th/ january 1st.
The bedroom is about 24 sqm and costs 726£ per month. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and a sofa. You'll have a magnificent view on the castle !
The flat is a third-floor 5-bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and plenty of storage, and has been renovated in September 2018. The flat overlooks the Meadows and is just a five-minute walk away from George Square. Utility contracts are already set up by us, so you won’t need to worry about setting anything up. Bills + council tax are approximately 120 per month.

We, Lucie (French), Irene (American), Nat (British) and Phil (German) are relaxed, outgoing people, who like to have some drinks or dinner as a flat together every once in a while 😊. We’re looking for people who are respectful and considerate of their flatmates and who will do their part to keep the flat clean.
