New flatmates Wanted - Dec Movein

Hi, I’m looking for someone to help fill one of two rooms that are currently free in my flat. I’m going to be travelling a lot next year, so won’t be home too much, so there should be plenty of space for my new housemates. Located in Haymarket.
There is a Washing machine and dishwasher. The internet is included, but no other bills.

First room:
Spacious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Large wardrobe (2m+ tall), currently looking for a desk for the room

Second room:
Large double bedroom, quiet and garden facing. Large wardrobe (2m+ tall), currently looking for a desk for the room. Would be sharing a bathroom with me, however I will be travelling most of the time next year bar some weekends.

Fully furnished flat and recently renovated.
Looking for people aged 22+, student or professional.

Would be great to organise some viewings and meet in the next few weeks
