Spacious Double-bedroom in Tollcross

Hello hello,

My flatmate will be away from the 6th of December to April 2025 for a trip and we are subleting her bedroom for that period. The flat is quite central, 2 min walk from the Meadows and shops. The room is already furnished (see pictures) and rent including bills have lately been around £483 (including council tax, broadband, and gas/electricity). This is likely to increase in the next months because of heating.

A bit of myself. I am a post-doc (this is also open for you if you are a post-grad student), sometimes work from home but mostly out in the office. My main activities involve playing volleyball, gym, swimming, books, and drawing. I am easygoing, chill and respectful of peoples space. So would be nice to find somebody with similar energy.
