The room comes with a super kingsize bed, TV, desk, cozy atmosphere, and a fully equipped shared kitchen.
The bathroom is shared with one of our female flatmates. Bills are included in the price, which is based on the rent we pay.
We are looking for a couple or single person who is clean and non smokers. It's important that you respects the space and enjoy the location, which is only 20 mins walking from waverly Station.
I am German, and live and love the city for 3 years now. Leith has many great cafes and pubs and is a lovely base for a Holliday or to experience the city.
