Room available in postgraduate student accommodati

Hi, I’m looking for a postgraduate student to take over my lease at Riego street from the start of December to the end of August. It’s a single room in a flat with 4 other lovely postgraduate students. There are 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen/ common area. There’s also a common room with games and tv room, along with a study space. The accommodation is a 10 minute walk from the university of Edinburgh main campus, and to Grassmarket, so it’s very convenient. The rent is £870 a month up until July, so it works out cheaper overall, all bills included. Please message me if you need information.
