Double Room available in Polwarth flat

Hello!

I am very sad to be moving out of this lovely, bright, spacious 3 bed flat in Polwarth but I am hoping a young professional female can take my place instead! :)

Your flatmates will be two friendly young professional females who enjoy socialising, spending time together, meeting with friends and who also enjoy some downtime. The girls both do hybrid working and tend to alternate the days in which they work from the office/home.

The flat is very chilled and cosy and is located in Polwarth, which is a 20 min walk to the centre of town with lots of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Lidl and Sainsbury's close by and we have good bus links with a number 10 and 27 stopping right outside the door. If you like walks, then we have Craiglockhart hill close by, as well as Harrison Park and the Canal. there is plenty of parking available around the flat, you just require a permit.

Rent for the room is currently £600 with bills coming in at £111. The flat doesn't have a sitting room but the kitchen/dining area is spacious, as is the bedroom. You will have the main bathroom to yourself as there is an additional shower room but there is only one toilet.

Ideally, I am looking for someone to take my place between the 20th-23rd of December. I am slightly flexible and if someone needs to move in a couple of days earlier or later, then I'm happy to discuss this :)

P. S my flatmates, Taylor and Rowan will have access to my messages and may respond to you re viewing times as I'm on holiday this weekend :)
