Seeking a flatmate from the 5th of December!
Location: Fountainbridge, Upper Grove Place
Rent: £450 + bills (around £150 including council tax - unsure about the band but it’s £81.50 each)

It’s a very quaint flat, private room which is cosy, double bed with a great view and lots of light, fully furnished! It’s a six minute walk to Haymarket and Tollcross and a great catchment area for GPs and such:) also landlord is nice and helpful which is a rare occurrence ahaha!

Me - I am queer, rarely home, respect shared space, v chill and friendly:)) Seek someone who isn’t a student for council tax reasons! :))
