I’m moving out of our beautiful flat due to saving up to buy. So I am looking for another female young professional to move in on or before 28th December. The two bedroom, top floor flat is located in Gorgie and is £657 per month excluding bills. Council tax is £63 each per month and WiFi is £23 each per month. Bringing the rent and bills to a total of £743 monthly per person - (not including gas and electricity bills as this differs from season to season).

A little bit on My flat mate she’s 25 years old. If you are similar in age and If you work a Mon-Fri 9-5 that would be a bonus so you can share the same schedule! Working hybridly. She loves going to the cinema, shopping in town, chilled wine nights in and occasional pub trips or nights out. Social flat, but respectful of each other’s personal space / time and boundaries and shared spaces are kept clean and tidy.
