Student room - Portsbourgh Court

Hi, I´m looking for a new tenant for my room at Portsbourgh court. The tenant has to be a full-time student and will get a new contract with the landlord.
Portsbourgh Court is an amazing student accomodation only 5 minutes from central campus. It has it´s own gym, a large modern common room and a silent studying room.
My room is in the second floor and I have a view of the castle from my window.
My roommates are all students too, most of the undergraduates.
