Double bedroom in Stockbridge flat

We are looking for a 4th person to join us in our flat in Stockbridge again 😊 Likely for less than a year.

Practical things:
Rent - £462pm
Bills - currnently £135pm but things might change over winter
Deposit - £250
Available from 15th of December
You won't be on the lease (the letting agent tried to put the rent up 40% when we tried to change the names on the lease)

About the flat:
Just behind the main street in Stockbridge, lots of shops nearby, all the cake and coffee you could dream of, big spacious top floor flat

About the room:
There is currently a bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe in the room (slightly different to the ones in the images below). The flat came unfurnished so up to you what you would want to keep/ change

Some dubious bios of us:
Charlotte - 28 woman, works from home, runner bean, outdoorsy
Huw - 35 man, Black band tees 4 lyf, good at cleanin the gross stuff
Jo - 26 woman, big arts and craft cupboard, big shelf of unread non-fiction books

General flat info:
We have a big ol' cupboard of outdoorsy stuff and many musical instruments between us. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy but aren't perfect. Generally pretty progressive folk who like hanging out together 😊

Who we are looking for:
Ideally someone in their late 20s/ early 30s for the age balance of the flat
Non smoker
