Beautiful flat by the Meadows (Lauriston)

Hello! We are Abbey & Stella. We are looking for a third flat mate for our lovely new apartment located just off the Meadows.
Stella and I have very recently moved into this flat which has been freshly painted and renovated.

Stella and I are extremely clean girls who take pride in the presentation of the flat and we are looking for somebody who also shares our love of cleanliness.

Stella currently works as a cafe manager and I am an assistant manager for a charity shop. We are both in our twenties and we are very close friends, but we also value our alone time. We would love someone who is both social and independent. Stella and I enjoy reading, listening to music, chatting, doing sudoko puzzles and travelling. We do not party often, but we do have mutual friends over for dinner and cups of tea.

The available room is a single bed. It is the smallest room in the flat so the rent is cheaper. There are extra draws beneath the bed. The room also includes a desk, wardrobe and chest of draws.

In the flat itself there is one toilet room and one bathroom with a shower/bath. There is lots of storage space throughout the flat as well. The kitchen is a shared living space, equipped with a gas oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. We do not have wifi, however, we just just bought a TV so we may need to set up wifi in order to use streaming services.

I am only accepting in person viewings for this flat. I will not conduct interviews over the phone.
