I’m looking for someone to take over my accommodation. It’s a single room with a large 3/4 bed, private bathroom and a shared kitchen. The room has a generous space, with no sticky-carpets on the floor and the bathroom is quite good with its big shower. My flatmates are super nice and friendly. The monthly rent is £1,043.44 (£260 per week), all bills included, but as for gift, I want to pay one month to you by cash! The contract runs until August 31, 2025 but if you like you can extend it as well.
1 bus to uni campus with only 450 meters walking!
The building has an equipped gym, 2 music rooms, big quite working area with printers, cosy garden, social common room with big sofas and tvs and even we have billard table and board games!
