Large Double Bed - Close to University!

Big double bed available in a 4-bed flat walking distance from University of Edinburgh and Royal Commonwealth Pool (for the swimmers among you!)

Bedroom: Double bed with bedside table, working desk, gaming chair, and wardrobe included. Lots of space - had to get three rugs and a beanbag to fill the space up. East facing so a lovely sunrise in the morning.

Flat: You'll be living with three other girls. They all work shifts so people may be in and out at different times. You'll have access to a shared living space, communal kitchen, and shared garden.

Flatmate preferences: We're looking for someone independent, cool, calm, and collected. Direct and respectful communicate preferred. We're not a rowdy flat by any means, but flatmates may have friends over every now and then. You're ofcourse welcome to do the same!

Professionals preferred for council tax reasons.

Move in dates: sometime between 17th January to 1st February would be preferred. Flexible with exact timings.
