Double Room to Rent in Dalry

Looking for a flatmate to join me in a 2 bed flat on Duff Road.

Ideal contract start date is 14th Dec, but later can be agreed upon discussion.

The room is a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe.
The rent is £520pm not including bills.
The Wi-Fi would be £12, and energy roughly £50 (in the colder months, less otherwise) p/m per person. Council tax band D.

The flat is in a great location on Duff Road.
Fountainbridge, Haymarket, lots of shops and a Lidl within a 5 minute walk. Very convenient for buses too, bus stops are 3-4 min away.

I'm a 29 year old working a standard 9-5 Mon-Fri, wfh about 3-4 days a week. As a heads up, I am looking to move to Glasgow within a few months, so you can choose to keep the flat all to yourself (which is what I have been doing for a while; Current total rent price is comparable to that of a one-bedroom flat), or choose another person to live with. This also means that you can take my bedroom later, which is slightly bigger.
