Room Available, Flat near kings campus

Existing flatmate moving out for Placement in 2nd semester.

We need a new flatmate!!!

THE FLATMATES (us) ----------
We are two 4th year Mechanical (me) and Electrical/Mechanical (other flatmate) Engineering students, and we will also be on placement in semester 2. This flat will continue to be exempt from council tax as the placement is affiliated with the uni and we will still be students.

TO GET AN IDEA OF THE FLAT VIBE ----------
Pretty tidy and like decorating the flat. i swear were engineers with taste. I think were a pretty chill flat, would probably host a party maybe one or two times through the semester on average.

Honestly, were all usually at the library tbh but evenings is nice when were all in, we don't care what degree your on, all are fun.

THE PROPERTY ----------
Heads up, there is a TRAIN TRACK by the window of the bedroom window, there is usually about one every hour or two at night but I haven't ever been woken up by them. (albeit, my window is on the other side of the building)

On the 24 and 12 bus routes, with a Margiotta and news paper corner shop on the other side of the road.
