About the Flat:
* 3 spacious rooms in total, with a shared bathroom between two rooms. I live in the ensuite room.
* The available room has a single bed
* A lovely, fully-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking and socialising.

Rent:
*£600 per month. The rent needs to be paid every two months.
Additional Costs:
* Council Tax (Band E): £77.45 per person per month
* Gas: Around £10-25 per person monthly,
* Electricity: Around £30 per person monthly
But gas and electricity will be higher in winter depending on usage. I can show you the bills from last few months when you are viewing the flat.
