Hi there! My current flatmates are moving out at the end of December, and I'm looking for two new flatmates to share a lovely three-bedroom flat. If you're friendly, tidy, and easy to get along with, this could be a perfect fit for you!

About the Flat:
* 3 spacious rooms in total, with a shared bathroom between the two available rooms (as shown in the picture). I live in the ensuite room.
* One room has a single bed, and the other has a double bed that can comfortably accommodate two ppeople.
* A lovely, fully-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking and socializing.

Ideal for:
* Individuals or a female couple. If a couple rents one room, the second room can be used as a storage or guest room.
* Rent is £600 per person, regardless of whether it's rented by a couple or single person.

Additional Costs:
* Council Tax (Band E): £72 per person per month
* Gas and Electricity: Around £62 per person monthly, but will be higher in winter depending on usage.
