Rent: £215 per week (all bills included: Wi-Fi, heating, water).
First floor flat!
Shared kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 hobs, 2 ovens and a cosy seating area with a TV.
Lovely central location with many bus routes to the City Centre, with easy access to all universities! Free parking outside for personal vehicles also.
The accommodation offers laundry facilities and a large common room area with a flat screen tv and games, they also hold events throughout the year.
There’s Gym and study room on the first floor that you can use 24 hrs a day 7 days a week that is included in the price!!
This is an all ground great accommodation to stay in whilst you’re studying in Edinburgh!
