Room To Rent In Slateford

Hi!
I’m moving out of my flat in Slateford (Moat Drive) and am looking for someone to replace me by 14th January (with possibility of moving in earlier). Rent is £650 + council tax (band C) & bills - amounting to around £750-800/month but can be less depending on usage. Deposit is £750.
Room that’ll be on offer has a single but pull out bed (with an extra mattress). Large wardrobe, desk + chair, and a Kallax unit for storage space. Lots of storage too in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room! The flat’s close to shops (Lidl, Asda, Aldi, M&S, Poundland, Home bargains) and plenty of buses with great access to the city centre. On-street parking available with a permit and access to a garden!
You’ll be living with a 25-year old female. Looking for another female and professionals/non-students only for council tax reasons! We rent through Rettie and you'll have to go through reference checks and may need a UK guarantor.
