double room for rent

Looking for a flatmate to replace me in this flat, I have lived here 3 years and have never had any issues with the place, the room is a double bed with a desk, wardrobe and bedside table, it’s situated at the front of the property which during summer months has views of the sunset. We have a shared kitchen, large living area and bathroom all are kept tidy, as we like to keep a clean flat. The bathroom has an electric shower but also a bath, whilst the kitchen features both a washing machine and dishwasher which is convenient.
