Cozy Room in Inverleith

As my current housemate is moving to Ireland, a double room in a lovely two bed flat will be available mid Jan. The location is great - the flat is in a quiet cul de sac just off Inverleith Row, only a 5 min walk to the east entrance to the Botanic Gardens. There are good bus connections, parking space, tiny garden and both Tesco and Lidl within easy walking distance. Lovely running routes nearby as well!
The flat has a shared living room and bathroom.

About me:
I'm a 32 year old professional, working in the environmental sector. I mostly work from the office, so I'd prefer a housemate who also works out of the house. I recently relocated to Edinburgh from Bristol and am keen to meet someone I can connect with. I enjoy running, yoga and pilates. I am at the cinema weekly, love reading, cooking and hosting dinners and would love to explore more of Edinburgh / Scotland - I'd love a housemate who's up for doing some of these things together.
