Top floor of new build town house available

We have a 4 bedroom, new build, town house. We are looking to rent the top floor, master bedroom and bathroom to a polite professional person or couple. The living room, kitchen and garden etc. will of course be shared however, the top floor will be exclusively available to the person(s) who rent this room.

The landlord(s) are live out in the main, and will only stay in the house up to 14 nights per year.

This leaves two other double rooms, one is already rented to a professional who works locally. The intentnion may be to let out one the 2nd small double bedroom in the future however, this is still tbc and would be dependant on finding a suitable person who compliments the house dynamics!

The rent includes; parking, council tax, wi-fi, tv licence, electricity and gas. The property is fully furnished. The property is new having only been purchased in October 24.
