Desperately needing to sublet student flat

Hi Everyone,
I am looking for a female student to take over my tenancy for semester 2 (starting January 2025) at The Mill House on Gorgie Rd (EH11).
Room type: It’s a classic en-suite room so you will have your own private bathroom and then share a kitchen/common area with 3 other flat mates (all girls).
Rent: £135 per week (all bills included: Wi-Fi, heating, water).
I am willing to include pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc for free.
About the room: The room is a gold ensuite on the ground floor, with a shared kitchen and communal area amongst 3 other people who are all very friendly. There is plenty of room for personal space if needed. Access is via personal key card.
The Location: The Mill House is located on 400 Gorgie Road in Edinburgh. Bus stop to Princes Street is minutes away with an easily accessible route. All University campuses are easily accessible to get to via transport. For sport lovers the accomodation is only a 15 minute walk to Murrayfield Stadium. There is also a Sainsbury’s, Aldi and McDonald’s all within 10 minutes walking distance.
Building Amenities: The building includes its own gym, games room, outside seating area, parking area and laundry room. There is also a communal study area and seperate communal area that includes a pool table. The owners frequently organise social nights and activites too and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. There is also a mail room at reception to take secure delivery of any packages.
