Urgently Needed Short Term Let For 1 Month

My partner and I are going on a trip from January 3rd to March 2nd and we are hoping to find someone to stay in our double room for that period. We originally had someone but they have been having visa difficulties so we are looking for a new person for the second month. It would come fully furnished, including a closet, bed, sheets, pillows, dresser, and desk. You are also free to use any of our utensils and cooking equipment (including blender and air fryer). The kitchen comes with a new oven, a washing machine, and a fridge/freezer (with a good amount of space).

There is also lots of storage space in the room and a window with a backyard view.
All bills (council tax, gas, electric) are included.
No broadband or TV license.

The flat is very well connected with tons of bus links (7, 14, 49, 25, 16, 1, 35) and the tram line all within a couple minutes walk. 10-15 minutes bus to the city center or a half hour walk. Lots of variety of restaurants and a Scotmid coop within a couple minutes walk. Sainsburys local, Tesco superstore, and Lidl all within 10 minutes walk.

The other two flatmates are female students and are friendly and clean but are generally out working/studying and they usually stay in their own room when in the flat, other than when they are making meals
