I have a large, fully furnished double bedroom to rent in central Edinburgh that will be available for both short and long-term leases at the beginning of April.

As previously stated, the room is fully furnished, with a large double bed, roomy walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, cabinet for personal effects and an en suite bathroom with modern shower. There is also a second restroom with shower and bath.

The room is in a modern, two bedroom apartment, with an additional bathroom and spacey living room/kitchen area. My flat is located on the ground floor, with access to a large shared garden at the rear of the property. I live in a modern and quiet development called the Strada, located less than 10 minutes walk from Ferry Road, near the Fettes area.

There is ample free parking within the entire development.

Ideally looking for a professional who works in an office several days a week in a hybrid role.

A little about myself: I am a freelance technology writer with a passion for TVs, PCs, tablets and video games. In my free time, I enjoy hanging with friends, going for drives in the country and watching movies and sports.

My flat has access to the fastest Internet in the city - full 1GB fibre optic.
