Spacious room

Looking for a mature female to take the room in the 3 bed house. It is failry spacious place comprising 2 bathroms plus the one we do not use, spacious kitchen seperate from the living room, and access to other facilities.

We are not looking for a party monger or having to do with music playing as privacy is central aspect of this accomodation.

The location is pretty cental just off the pollock hall of edinburgh university. Plenty buses operate from and to , with no more than 1 minute to get to the stop. It is a very safe location.

I am doing PhD and my wife works 6 days a week while i also do part time work as receptionist. The other couple is very mature and caring , they both have full time jobs. My son who is 9 year of age is also very responsive and keen to other's privacy.

I hope whoever wishes to stay must know that we take clearning with priority besides my son is exempted ( rarher we will do on his behalf). Rest is self explaiatory.
