Queer homely house seeking flatmate

Hello! We are looking for a new housemate to join our queer-friendly house just off Gayfield Square.

The house is located down a quiet lane away from the traffic near the top of Leith Walk. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside cabinet (some furniture in the photo attached belongs to the previous flatmate so will disappear with them). The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a small shared study, a private garden, and a garage for all your storage needs (see pics included). The rent is £595, plus approx. £125 for bills including council tax (move-in start of January).

Ideally, we'd love someone who would look to stay here long-term. We are a mix of pHD students or in jobs. We sometimes work from home at present. We’re pretty laid-back, and fairly sociable and try to keep the place clean and tidy. We enjoy cooking together and watching films, gardening (very proud of our raised veggie beds !!), bouldering, and going to the pub. Accessibility info: The house has 2 floors which are not wheelchair accessible. We don't have pets but this could be discussed with the letting agency (the previous flatmate had a cat) Not a sober flat (occasional beer or wine).
