Cosy double room in shared flat

Hi I am Elise and I am moving out of my flat. I am looking for someone to take over my room from the 5th Feb 2025.
The room is a spacious double bed. It has a large wardrobe, a chest drawers and a bed chest. I currently have my own desk in it and mini table but I am willing to leave them for next flatmate.

The flat is on the first floor and has a very big living room and kitchen with all the amenities (washing machine, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave etc). It has a lot of cutlery, plates, mixers etc. There is also a nice bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a pull out double bed, perfect for when having family of friends over.

You would be living with two flatmates (which are a couple and share one room, ages 23) one a master's student and the other working. They are often out of the house due to work. We are all French but bilingual in English.

We would be looking for a new flatmate that enjoys sharing a nice meal together once in a while, but we are a pretty chill flat with our own individual activities.

Rent is 446£ per month, bills are around 50-70 per month and council tax band is C.

We live 3 mins away from the Ocean Terminal tram, lots of buses and big Aldi, Asda a 5 min walk. Lild a 10 min bus drive. It takes about 25 mins by tram to get to Princess Street.
