Hi! My flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take over his Double Room by the beginning of January.

The flat is big and it is very well furnished, it has got 2 bedrooms, fully equipped well maintained kitchen, a big living room, a bathroom and a third room that's used for studying, yoga, chilling... or whatever, a sort of studio.

It is situated in Restalrig, 15 min walk from leith walk. 10 min walk from Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury. Buses 34 y 49 at the door.
You'll be sharing with a 33-year-old full-time student from Spain, who right now spends a lot of time busy studying and doing my stuff, but willing to make some common life in the flat too.

Ideally, someone who is calm and tidy, who goes about their life and things, but is open to sharing some life in the apartment.

Not a party flat.
