A room is available from the 1st Feb 2025 in a great location (5mins away from Edinburgh castle and Waverley station, 10mins from princess street, the meadows & st James quater).
Rent is £667 & deposit £500, last month I paid £30 for gas/electricity & no council tax because we are all student (band C if you are wondering). The room is unfurnished but I am happy to leave everything for £100.
You would be sharing with 2 lovely girls, who are all between the ages of 23-26. They are a sociable bunch and enjoy spending time in each others company, but also are respectful of each others privacy and need for space.
