We are looking for one more clean, and respectful housemate for the most spacious room in the flat!

The property is 10 minutes to Princes Street on bus 🚌 and very close to Napier Merchiston Campus, and bus/tram links are very easy because we are only 3 minutes walking distance away from Haymarket station!! 🚉

☆ Bills are usually are about £50 per month per person. Very affordable for the location. This Haymarket region is very accessible and highly in demand!! Rooms in this area are easily upto £1000.

Keeping a veggie kitchen would is important for existing flatmates, so if you dont use the kitchen for meat, it should be good!!🌱☺️
