We are looking for two respectful people for the most spacious room in the flat and another cozy double room. Fringe period only!💕 Veggie/vegans preferred.

Room 1 is REALLY spacious & is regal space. It has a lovely double bed and a new couch! It has a beautiful ceiling as well 💜

Room 2 is super cozy, comfy, always warm and facing the Garden.

The property is 10 minutes to Princes Street on bus 🚌 and very close to Napier Merchiston Campus, and bus/tram links are very easy because we are only 3 minutes walking distance away from Haymarket station!! 🚉

Keeping a veggie kitchen would is important for existing flatmates, so if you dont use the kitchen for meat, it should be good!!🌱☺️

As usual, rent and deposit must be paid to move in. Non descriptive messages without introduction will be BLOCKED.

This is a POC friendly, and LGBTQ+ friendly flat and NO micro-aggressions/discrimination will ever be tolerated!💞🤍
