Double Bedroom in Tollcross Flat

A double bedroom located off the meadows in tollcross. The bedroom and the rest of the flat is fully furnished, it also comes with access to a washing machine, kitchen, shower and spacious living room where the current flatmates hangout after work and chill. Currently occupying one of the rooms is Mya, a young professional from New Zealand. We’re looking to pass over the tenancy to someone who will get along nicely with Mya. Some key things we would be lookout for is someone who can socialise in the living room, and respect the cleanliness of private and shared spaces in the flat. Rent is paid on the 16th of every month so the room will be available from 16/01/25. Rent is currently £630pcm however, bills for gas and electricity, and wifi isn’t included and is around £45pcm.
