Spare room in 2 bed Tollcross flat

Room to rent in Tollcross with a flexible move in date (Feb/March).

My friend is moving abroad so I currently have a spare bedroom available to rent in my 2 bed flat. Rent is £625 plus bills and council tax band D (approx £150 extra per month together). Deposit is £600.

Looking for a working professional (no students sorry!) and no couples. Must also be okay with dogs/living with dogs and looking to rent more long term.

I’m a 23 year old working professional who works from home 3 days a week. I’m looking for someone who also works a 9-5 (or similar). I enjoy good food, going to the gym (would be keen for a gym buddy!), nights in (i’m a big fan of shite tv), and trips to the pub/nights out.
