I’m urgently looking to rent out my large, fully furnished double room in a flat shared with 3 other University of Edinburgh students. The room is available until 30th April 2025, as I am no longer living in Edinburgh.

- **Location**: Just a 10-minute walk to Central Campus, with views over Bruntsfield Links
- **Room Features**:
- Spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light
- Fully furnished with a wardrobe, drawers, clothing rack, and a brand new mattress on the bed
- **Flat Features**:
- 2 showers and 1 toilet
- Brand new washing machine
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and other appliances
- **Other Tenants**: 3rd-year students, usually out during the day
- **Flexible Duration**: I am open to discussing shorter stays or rent adjustments, but the room must be vacated by 30th April 2025.
